KDU Hostel provides FREE hotspot 'WiFi' networks to the apartment buildings. The students in the hostel can enjoy the Wi-Fi access as part of their daily lives,  such as surfing the internet, playing multi-player games, chatting with friends, watch "You Tube", etc.

KDU Teratai Court
KDU Petaling Jaya Campus provides a comfortable hostel for international  and out-station freshmen who want to stay in the hostel.  FREE Wi-Fi is provided for the students and there are  facilities  such as 24-hours secuirty guards, CCTV cameras for the safety of residents, T.V. lounge, study room, computer room  and badminton court.

KDU Teratai Court is located at Kota Damansara next to Bandar Utama (near Sri KDU Smart School) which is about:
  • a12-minute  drive to KDU College
  • a 2-minute walk to the  restaurants, confectioneries, sundry shops, etc.
  • a 5-minute  drive to One-Utama (popular shopping mall)
  • a 2-minute  drive to TESCO (hypermarket) and IKEA (furniture superstore)

Inside KDU Teratai Court

 

Features
  • consists of 60 units of 5-storey walk-up apartments
  • 3 bedrooms in an apartment
  • 2 twin-sharing rooms and 1 single bedroom
  • three study desks and chairs
  • wardrobes
There is an administration office located on the ground floor where the staff look after the needs of the hostelites.

The hostel also provides buses to ferry hostelites to the college.

For the safety of hostelites, there are security guards manning the hostel 24 hours a day. For tighter security, there is a CCTV camera and only hostelites can gain access to the hostel using their smart card.

Accommodation Fees

There are many different types of accommodations at KDU Teratai Court. The rooms vary in price depending on what type of room you would like to sign for.. The cost of the rooms are as follows:

*   Rental is payable on a semester basis ( 4 months ) plus RM450 deposit ( refundable )
** Rental does not include Electricity and Water bill.

Please note:
  • Compulsory for all international students to stay in the residential hall for at least one semester (subject to availability of rooms).
  • Students will have to pay a booking fee of RM 100 during registration / application.
  • Students will have to pay a refundable deposit of RM 450 upon acceptance to the residential hall.
  • No refund of accommodation fee will be entertained should students insist in moving out of the residential hall.
